Founded by a group of
Friends
C&G Club was founded in 1993 by a group of friends and initially competed in the local Gloucestershire Volleyball Association (GVA) League.
We now have over 70 active players, a Juniors section, and teams competing in the Women’s National Volleyball League (NVL), Men’s South West League (SW), and two teams in GVA.

To promote the sport of Volleyball in the UK

August - May
Indoor Season
The indoor season kicks off in August and wraps up in May. We hold Senior trainings every Monday & Wednesday, and Junior training every Thursday. Led by our head coach Laura Allcoat, our training includes a variety of drills and normally concludes with gameplay. Looking to join? Sign up to our Waitlist in Spond.
May - August
Summer Time
Throughout the summer months, we arrange casual outdoor grass volleyball sessions, catering to mixed abilities. These sessions usually take place Wednesday/Thursday (weather dependent) at Pitville Park, Cheltenham. Some of our members also play beach volleyball in Cardiff/Birmingham. Looking to join?
